Austplan Managing Director

For over 40 years, Phil has been advising clients in financial and real estate investment. He also invested his capital in multiple single family projects in the United States. With his knowledge and skin in the game, Phil has been expanding his business from Australia to China and the United States. Phil has strategically guided Austplan to further expand and serve more clients.

Karen Bowers

Austplan Operations Manager

Karen is a retired veteran from the US Marine Corps and graduated from National University in La Jolla, California with a B.A in Financial Accounting. Karen has been a part of Austplan Real Estate Group for more than 6 years. She is in charge of the Administration and Service Division of our company as well as the managing Broker for Austplan Realty. With her experience in real estate, Karen has successfully managed a large portfolio for investors from the U.S and out-of-state

Qi Zhou graduated from the University of Iowa with the degree in Business management and marketing. With 5 years of experience and intimate knowledge about the US real estate market, Qi has successfully advised and assisted hundreds of Asian clients to safely invest in the U.S with high return on investment portfolios.
